Envelope Punch Board luggage box

Posted on

To round out the Father’s Day cards, my last class made this adorable sliding gift card holder that looks like a piece of luggage.  This idea was CASE’d from Caroline Hallett, at She is a talented lady and really does do some amazing things with the envelope punch board.  Here is a link to her video.  I changed to half circles on the outside and none on the inside to make the box slide easier and adjusted the score lines on the wrapper to 5/8″ , 3″ , 3 3/4″ , and 6 1/8″    All the other dimensions used in the video are the same.  IMG_1185

Father’s Day Cards

Posted on

I wanted to share some Father’s Day cards I made with the new Guy Greetings stamp set. This set is a definite must have! It is great for all types of masculine cards. I usually struggle with guy cards because I want hold back on embellishments and bling. But once I started creating with this set – I had a hard time stopping.  I like using this in the photopolymer because you can see exactly where you are stamping.

These cards were made using the same basic pieces so they are great to use for a class to let everyone use their own individual ideas.  The Night of Navy strip was crimped using a hand crimper you can find at any craft store.  All other Stampin’ Up products are listed below.

(pardon my wrinkles and creases-  I forgot to take pictures prior to using them in a class)
